Here’s another week’s worth of meals and a grocery list for you!

All recipes are linked below, and none of them require memberships.


Monday: chili & whole wheat biscuits [this chili is spicy, if you don’t like a good little kick, don’t add the cayenne]

Tuesday: white cauliflower pizza with chicken, spinach, & feta topping [pre-cook the chicken before putting it on the pizza]

Wednesday: butternut squash & spinach lasagna 

Thursday: sausage, potato & kale soup

Friday: harvest cobb salad & poppy seed dressing

Saturday: italian stuffed chicken breasts & brussels sprouts 

Sunday: Leftover day


This is a list of all the ingredients you will need to successfully make all of these meals. However, the quantities are based upon the recipes posted above. Keep that in mind, so if you double or half a recipe, you may want to change the quantity of ingredients.

    So funny, I fixed a sausage, potato, kale soup tonight- a copycat of an Olive Garden soup and I had Italian chicken breasts last week. We like a lot of the same things 🙂
