You know that stuff in the brown glass bottle that your mom always had in the pantry? Pulled it out once in a while for a salad dressing, or homemade antibacterial spray? Extremely pungent smell? Yep, you guessed it, apple cider vinegar.
This stuff just became your new best friend. Now all you have to do is drink it every morning. For real though, I started this about a month ago, and I am so glad that I did. So I figured that I must share it with you.
Now here’s the deal, I don’t just take a shot of it in the morning and call it a day. I could do that, but that would be disgusting. I actually make it sort of like a tea. The first sip usually makes my lips pucker, but after that, it really is good. It kind of tastes like spiked apple cider. Who wouldn’t want to start their morning off with that? So every morning, I make this little concoction and usually drink it while I make breakfast for Faye. Then, I get to have my beloved cup of coffee.
Apple Cider Vinegar “Tea”:
2 Tbs ACV
8 oz water
Approx 1 tbs honey
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Boil the water, mix it all together, voila!
